What can you expect?

This interactive training course provides an insight into the NIS2 Directive. You will learn what implications the Directive has for your organisation, what responsibilities directors and staff have, and how you can effectively manage cybersecurity and risk management.

Where relevant, the Government Information Security Baseline (BIO) is also covered, so that you understand how the two frameworks relate to one another and can reinforce each other.

• How to draw up a practical action plan to make your organisation cyber-resilient and demonstrably prepared.

Who is this training course relevant for?

This training course is intended for directors, board members and senior management of organisations that fall under the NIS2 Directive or are preparing to do so.

The NIS2 Directive imposes an explicit responsibility on directors to manage cyber risks. To fulfil this responsibility effectively, directors must possess sufficient knowledge of cyber security and risk management and be able to oversee appropriate security measures within the organisation.

This training course will enhance the knowledge and understanding required to properly fulfil your board-level responsibilities in the field of cyber security. In doing so, you will meet the statutory training and knowledge requirements set out in the NIS2 Directive.
